MARINE & LAWN HOTELS & RESORTS

Launched in 2021, Marine & Lawn is a premium lifestyle hotel collection located in the world’s most iconic golfing destinations. Positioned along the UK’s most celebrated coastlines, the brand delivers an elevated hospitality experience with direct access to the birthplace of golf and leading championship courses.

THE RANDOLPH HOTEL OXFORD, A GRADUATE BY HILTON

Management of the Randolph Oxford was taken over by Schulte European Group in July 2019, and the property reopened to the public following extensive renovations in August 2021. Prior to renovation, the hotel was a highly regarded 5-star asset, already well established in the market.

SERENDI VILLAS IBIZA

Serendi Villas is part of a 5-star hotel resort project set to unfold over the next few years. The resort will feature 331 rooms in various categories, including deluxe rooms, junior suites, and superior suites with stunning views over San Antonio Bay. Serendi Villas offers a tranquil retreat overlooking the serene Cap Negret Bay. The entire project enjoys a prime sunset location and is being built following the highest sustainability standards.

In 2027 the area will transform into a complete destination of vibrant luxury. When the hotel resort opens, villa guests will also have access to exclusive 5-star resort amenities. These include a grand lobby and reception, a spacious resort pool with a poolside restaurant, a rooftop bar and restaurant, a gym, spa and wellness facilities, a variety of retail outlets, a kids club and a pool club, all centered around the resort’s vibrant Plaza Square.
